Items that are damaged can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us to arrange this. Items must be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund.
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing fee, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, are non-refundable. Items must be returned in unused, perfect condition.
International Orders, Returns & Customs
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for international orders, unless the item arrives damaged. In such cases, photo evidence of the damage must be provided within 3 days of delivery.
International shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country.
If an international parcel is returned to us for any reason outside of our control, including but not limited to:- unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, or an undeliverable address, the cost of the items will be refunded once received back in original condition.
