Customers will be sent tracking numbers where applicable, it is the customers responsibility to check their tracking and liaise with couriers regarding deliveries.

Orders placed can only be shipped to one delivery address. Orders cannot be split to be sent to different delivery addresses.

Items that are damaged can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us to arrange this. Items must be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund.
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing fee, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, are non-refundable. Items must be returned in unused, perfect condition.
