Refund & Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at contactus@tinytiptoes.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition;
- Returned with all original packaging where possible;
- Suitable for resale.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been used, personalised, or customised, unless they are faulty.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalised products;
- Custom-made items;
- Used ink pads;
- Any product showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their country.
If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, failure to provide customs information, or failure to collect the parcel, any refund issued will exclude:
- The original shipping costs;
- Any customs charges incurred;
- Any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier; and
- Any other costs incurred as a result of the return.
Where a returned international parcel is received in a damaged condition or is not returned to us, no refund will be due.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
