Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (2–5 working days) – £3.99
FREE on all orders over £25.

Express Delivery (1–3 working days) – £4.99

Next Day Delivery (1–2 working days) – £6.50
Orders must be placed before 12pm (midday) for Next Day Delivery.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs authorities, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and liaising directly with the courier regarding delivery updates, missed deliveries, safe place requests, or collection arrangements.

Delivery Addresses

All orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment authorisation.

Each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. We are unable to split orders across multiple delivery addresses.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a range of international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged by Tiny Tiptoes.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their parcel's progress and responding promptly to any requests from customs authorities or delivery providers.

If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, failure to provide required customs information, or failure to collect the parcel, any refund issued will exclude:

  • The original shipping costs;
  • Any customs charges incurred;
  • Any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier; and
  • Any other costs incurred as a result of the return.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in raising an enquiry with the courier.

A parcel will not be considered lost until the courier's investigation process has been completed. Refunds or replacements will be issued in accordance with the courier's findings and our obligations under applicable consumer law.
